Users are trained to utilize the many features of IRMS for increased productivity. Online Business Applications offers biannual workshops in the Spring and Fall. The IRMS Workshops are a great opportunity to learn about new IRMS enhancements, gain knowledge on a variety of topics, and enjoy client-user presentations. IRMS users have a chance to get together and discuss with their colleagues ways to use the system, and leave with new ideas for making the best use of IRMS. The IRMS Workshops also provide the opportunity for our clients to speak one-on-one with the Technical Support staff.
Online Business Applications is dedicated to providing excellent customer training sessions. Courses are offered onsite or at the OBA Education Center, and many classes can also be taught via WebEx or Webinar. Aside from the common courses offered, OBA also encourages custom training. This allows users to discuss with OBA specific areas where productivity can be increased, or where business processes should be changed. IRMS Trainers can assist in the decision making process to ensure that IRMS is being used to its fullest potential.
