IRMS-ASP (Application Service Provider) is a solution that enables clients to have the full functionality of IRMS without the significant investment in infrastructure or support from an in-house IT staff. IRMS provides robust medical communication functionality such as request creation and tracking, document management, letter generation, emailing/faxing/printing capabilities, querying and advanced reporting. IRMS-ASP provides all this, requiring only an internet connection.IRMS-ASP runs as if the application is installed on your local machines and network. Each client has a completely separate database and file store, preventing any unauthorized access to company data, documents or letters. Even though clients run IRMS from our data center, printing can be done locally and files can be saved on local machines. Utilizing Microsoft Terminal Server as middleware to deploy the IRMS application, IRMS-ASP delivers exceptional performance and reliability. IRMS can also be validated using our ASP solution.
Our handling of the support and maintenance of the hardware and network in addition to the software enables our clients one point of contact for any issues or problems. There is no need to purchase new servers or setup complex networks or databases, we handle everything.
